BEFORE PROCEEDING WITH THE INSTALLATION AND USE OF czSweep Cookie Boss v1.31, (HEREAFTER KNOWN AS THE SOFTWARE) CAREFULLY READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS LICENSE AGREEMENT AND LIMITED WARRANTY (The "Agreement").

BY INSTALLING OR USING THIS SOFTWARE YOU INDICATE YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THIS AGREEMENT. IF YOU DO NOT ACCEPT OR AGREE WITH THESE TERMS, YOU MAY NOT INSTALL OR USE THIS SOFTWARE!

EVALUATION LICENSE

CZ SoftWare grants you a limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable evaluation license which confers the right to make copies of the unregistered, shareware evaluation version of the SOFTWARE, for evaluation purposes only; the period of evaluation shall not exceed seventy-five (75) uses from the time of the original installation. THE SOFTWARE shall not be copied, distributed or used for any other purpose. Furthermore, you agree to destroy or erase all unregistered copies of the SOFTWARE after seventy-five (75) uses or upon request of CZ SoftWare, whichever occurs first. You agree that you may not reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the SOFTWARE . Nothing herein shall be construed as a grant of any license to use or distribute any registered version of the product.

REGISTERED USERS LICENSE

This SOFTWARE, including documentation is owned by CZ SoftWare. This Agreement does not provide you with title or ownership of the SOFTWARE, but only a right of limited use as outlined in this license agreement. CZ SoftWare hereby grants registered users a non-exclusive, royalty free license to use the SOFTWARE. This license agreement grants every registered user of the SOFTWARE the following rights:

You may install and use one copy of the SOFTWARE on a single computer.

NETWORK USE. You may access the registered version of the SOFTWARE through a network, provided that you have obtained individual licenses for the SOFTWARE covering all workstations that will access the SOFTWARE through the network.

RESTRICTIONS

Without the expressed, written consent of CZ SoftWare, you may NOT rent or lease the SOFTWARE, or sell any portion of the SOFTWARE, modify, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble (except to the extent where applicable laws specifically prohibit such restriction), or create derivative works based on the SOFTWARE or remove any proprietary notices or labels on the SOFTWARE.

LIMITED WARRANTY

THIS SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. THE ENTIRE RISK AS TO THE QUALITY AND PERFORMANCE OF THE PRODUCT IS WITH YOU. SHOULD THE PRODUCT PROVE DEFECTIVE, YOU ASSUME THE COST OF ALL NECESSARY SERVICING OR ERROR CORRECTION.

CZ SoftWare DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE FUNCTIONS CONTAINED IN THE SOFTWARE WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS OR THAT THE OPERATION OF THE SOFTWARE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR FREE.

No oral or written information shall create a warranty.

LIMITATION OF REMEDIES AND LIABILITY

IN NO EVENT SHALL CZ SoftWare, OR ANY OTHER PARTY WHO MAY HAVE DISTRIBUTED THE SOFTWARE AS PERMITTED ABOVE, BE LIABLE FOR DAMAGES, INCLUDING ANY GENERAL, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE (INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA OR DATA BEING RENDERED INACCURATE OR LOSSES SUSTAINED BY YOU OR THIRD PARTIES OR FAILURE OF THE SOFTWARE TO OPERATE WITH ANY OTHER PRODUCTS), EVEN IF SUCH HOLDER OR OTHER PARTY HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
